Great build Jon. By building the brand over time they have avoided the fate of many fashionable brands to fly high then flame out. They have thus been able to protect their equity and "mojo".

I remember when Hed Kandi first got going. They weren't doing anything radical, but they had a quality feel about them and a clear positioning.

It also feels like they've taken care and time in growing i.e. they didn't rush to exploit the brand and milk it for all it was worth. Instead, they have steadily grown it, staying true to their principles.
