David, Give me a shout if you are serious about working on this. I did the heavy lifting behind the national brand migrations (eg One2One, Maxmobil, Ben) to T-Mobile back in 2001>

What a great contribution to the debate. As I outline in my blog on the same subject (http://bit.ly/I23P7) I think that a dual brand strategy using T-Mobile to deal with the tactical realities of the UK mobile market whilst building back the Orange brand as an aspirational brand leader.
