Great post.

This seems like a great way to change the negative perception of your product/service. I can't help but think that Microsoft should follow a similar strategy in their advertising instead of showing those Seinfeld/Gates and Mojave Experiment television ads which I don't think are successful in addressing MS biggest problem: the negative public perception of their product.
